Scrap Metal Shredder Production Line Main Composition Equipment

  1. Feeding system: mainly composed of chain plate feeding conveyor (or crawler type feeding conveyor), it can be equipped with auxiliary equipment such as pre shredder and steel grab to complete automatic feeding of the production line.
  2. Shredder main machine: mainly composed of feeder with hydraulic drum, main machine, high-voltage motor drive system, etc. It is the core component of the production line.
  3. Discharge system: mainly composed of crushing material vibrating feeder, discharging belt conveyor, magnetic material belt conveyor, non-magnetic material belt conveyor, crushing material stacking belt conveyor, etc., to separate, classify and stack crushed steel and non-magnetic materials.
