System
These systems are designed to cut the scrap to a smaller size. This is done of increase the density, workability, and meltability of the scrap metals which cannot be fed directly to the furnace or are too large to enter the furnace.
- Alligator Shear:
These are the basic shearing machined specially designed to cut longer scrap metal pieces like structural steel, Aluminum profiles, Pipes, and tubes to a smaller length. These machines are very suitable where the volume of scrap is not high and they are capable of producing high-quality melting scrap from the raw material
- Container Shear:
These are shear machines that can produce a high quantity of sheared scrap of a defined size continuously in a small amount of space. These are designed to cut various kinds of scrap from light to heavy.
- Gantry Shear:
These shear machines are large equipment’s designed to operate round the clock and produce high quantities of high-quality sheared scrap of the required size continuously. These machines can cut light to very heavy scrap metals to the desired sized
- Baler Shear:
These are large and heavy equipment specially designed to increase the density of light to medium heavy scrap and then cut it to the desired size. These machines are suitable where large quantities of mixed scrap with low-density need processing for better efficiencies during transportation and melting.
- Special Shears:
These are the special shears that are specially designed to process a particular kind of scrap metal. These machines are designed and manufactured in consultation with the customers based on their specific requirements of the raw material and the fined product.
