Scrap Metal Shredder Line
Scrap Metal Shredder is a very versatile equipment designed to provide clean and contamination-free Scrap metal of high density, which is molten to manufacture fresh Metals. The Hammer Mill Shredder is designed to shred various kinds of Scrap. Scrap Metal Shredder Production Line is suitable for scrap car shells, low-carbon light and thin scrap steel or bale, waste household appliances, etc., which are passed through the shredder system to remove impurities such as paint, dust, and other impurities. Through the sorting system, the ferrous metal, non-ferrous metal, and non-metal are separated. The shredded steel is prepared with a bulk density of about 1.0-1.8t/m³.

It produces clean, high density shredded scrap with a bulk density of roughly 1.0 to 1.8 t/m3 and up to 99 percent clean MS scrap. Paint, dust and other impurities are stripped during shredding, which is why shredded scrap commands a better price than loose material.
Scrap car shells, low carbon light and thin scrap steel or bales, and waste household appliances. Bulky or very heavy feed is usually passed through a pre-shredder first.
Yes, the production line integrates a sorting system so ferrous metal, non ferrous metal and non metal fractions are separated after shredding. A non ferrous sorting system can be integrated for higher recovery from the residue.
Cooling spray, dust removal and noise reduction systems are fitted so the installation meets the environmental protection requirements of the project, along with an all round video monitoring system.
Yes. It uses an automatic integrated control system with a remote operation and maintenance facility, and the machine is designed with maintenance access in mind so wear part changes do not consume a full shift.
