When a continuous baler is the right machine
Two conditions have to be met. The input material size must be fairly consistent, and you must have enough volume to justify a machine built for sustained running. Where both hold, a continuous baler will outproduce any batch machine by a wide margin. Where the feed varies significantly in size, the machine will not settle into its cycle and a conventional baler will serve you better.
This is the single most important thing to establish before specifying one, and it is worth being honest about your actual material rather than your intended material.
