Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Intelligent Edge Technologies Private Limited ("Intelligent Edge", "we", "us") handles personal data collected through https://intelliedge.in. It is written to meet the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Rules, 2025. Under that law we are the Data Fiduciary for the personal data described here, and you are the Data Principal.

2. What we collect

2.1 Details you give us

When you fill in an enquiry, contact or footer form, we collect:

  • Your name, email address and phone number (with country code)
  • Your company name and, if you choose to share it, your designation
  • Your message and the product or solution you asked about
  • The page you sent the form from, and a record of your consent with its date and time

2.2 Details collected automatically

When you browse the site, our analytics and security tools collect technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, time on page and the website that referred you. We use this in aggregate to understand how the site is used. We do not use it to identify you personally.

3. Why we use your data

We use the details you submit only for the purpose shown next to the form:

  • To reply to your enquiry by email, phone or WhatsApp
  • To send you the product information, specifications or quotation you asked for
  • To follow up on that enquiry and, if you become a customer, to manage the business relationship
  • To keep our forms safe from spam and misuse
  • To meet our legal and tax obligations

We do not sell your data, we do not use it for automated decision-making, and we do not add you to marketing lists without asking you separately.

4. Your consent

Each form asks you to tick a box before you send it. That box is never pre-ticked, and ticking it means you agree to us using your details for the purposes in section 3. You can withdraw your consent at any time by writing to info@intelliedge.in. Withdrawing is as easy as giving consent. It does not affect anything we did before you withdrew, and once you withdraw we stop using your data unless the law requires us to keep it.

5. Cookies and third-party services

  • Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager measure visits and traffic sources.
  • Google reCAPTCHA runs when you start filling in a form, to check that the submission is from a person. Google's Privacy Policy and Terms apply to it.
  • Google Maps shows our location on the contact page.

These providers may process data on servers outside India. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site will still work, although some features may not.

6. Who we share data with

We share personal data only with service providers who help us run the website and respond to you. That means our hosting provider, our email provider and the Google services listed above. They process the data only on our instructions. We may also disclose data if the law or a government authority requires it.

7. How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details only as long as we need them for the purpose you gave them. If an enquiry does not lead to business, we delete it within three years of our last contact with you. Customer records are kept for as long as Indian tax and company law requires. We also delete your data sooner if you ask us to, unless the law requires us to keep it.

8. How we protect it

The site runs on HTTPS, our forms are protected against spam and abuse, and only authorised staff can open the admin area where enquiries are stored. If a personal data breach affects you, we will tell you and the Data Protection Board of India as the law requires, including what happened and what you can do.

9. Your rights

As a Data Principal you can:

  • Ask what personal data we hold about you and how we use it
  • Get a copy of that data
  • Ask us to correct, complete or update it
  • Ask us to erase it once it is no longer needed
  • Withdraw your consent at any time
  • Nominate another person to exercise these rights for you if you die or become unable to do so
  • Raise a grievance with us, and then with the Data Protection Board of India if you are not satisfied with our answer

To use any of these rights, email info@intelliedge.in with the subject line "Personal data request". We may ask you to confirm your identity before acting on the request. We respond within 90 days at most, and usually much sooner.

11. Children

This website is meant for businesses and is not aimed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has sent us their details, contact us and we will delete them.

12. Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle personal data, we will update this page and the date at the top. If a change affects data you have already shared, we will ask for your consent again where the law requires it.
